MACS Elastic Inserts
The MACS Elastic Insert Suite is designed to retain common items in the cores of our MACS or BOIS chest rigs. As of 5/28/2026, these inserts now ship with black jump-tabs, shock cord, and grosgrain pull-tab as pictured.

Triple 5.56: 3x 3" 5.56 Compartments. The 5.56 compartment is full pass-through, allowing the user to set the depth of the item. Also conveniently holds small civilian radios, TQs, and some medium-sized radios *TIGHT* like PRC153/XTS2500-sized radios.
Dual 7.62: 2x 3.75" 7.62 Compartment. The Pistol compartment keeps one closed end, restricting the depth of seated items, where the 7.62 compartment is full pass-through, allowing the user to set the depth of the item. Also conveniently holds small civilian radios, TQs, and some medium-sized radios like PRC153/XTS2500-sized radios.
