The Frontload QD: Multi-Mount Accessory Pouch
The Frontload QD is designed for fast accessibility. With three standard mounting options, the Frontload QD keeps important gear within quick reach.
Featuring a full-clamshell main compartment, the Frontload QD is ready to carry medical, admin, or everyday items.
Design Objectives:
- QD Hanger Mount uses field-replaceable hardware, granting the capability to reorient the included 4” Taktic buckle. This allows the hook-and-loop panel to adapt to many existing ecosystems. Users can also swap out the Taktic buckle for split-bar field-replaceable FirstSpear Tubes, available at FirstSpear.
- Main Compartment measures 7" x 5" x 3", 105cu in or 1.7L of volume. A small loop field on the front of the pouch can be used for unit identifiers or other patches, where the body-side of the main compartment is lined with loop for drop-in inserts.
- 1” Webbing Tabs enable the user to attach and retain a 1” backstrap. Stow or deploy the backstrap from the elastic pocket on the rear of the Frontload QD, quickly converting a hanging pouch into a fanny or sling-pack system. A A42 Fanny Conversion Kit is INCLUDED with every Frontload QD.
- Deploy Medical items at a moment's notice, while keeping them organized. The simplicity of the Taktic QD buckle allows the user to pull the pouch away from the body and open to a full clamshell. Lined with Loop Velcro panels, users can secure and organize medical equipment to their standards. Bottom #00 grommets (¼” ID) allow users to route shock cord to hold CAT7 TQs under the main compartment.
